    The basic steps of the Pedal Commander installation are always the same regardless of the vehicle's make and model:
  • Turn off the ignition and wait 10-15 minutes with your driver's door open to allow your ECU to shut down.
  • Disconnect your accelerator pedal assembly plug, then plug in the heads to connectors on the Pedal Commander harness.
  • Clean up the area where you want to mount the control unit with the alcohol wipe. Stick the bracket with the supplied velcro.
  • After you make sure the cables are secure and won't be tangled, you are ready to enjoy Pedal Commander.
