Awesome device after I installed it, the acceleration was felt, right on the get go. The only issue I had is that it keeps on falling. When I opened the box there was no sticker on the back of the sticky thing, that makes the device keeps on falling, there is no even wipes

Sold my Tundra and decided to get a 2024 4runner. I was not happy with the throttle lag until I installed pedal commander. I have it set at SPORT+1, didn't notice much change with MPG but then again I don't have a heavy foot, but it's there when needed. No regrets.

When having my 2024 4Runner serviced at the dealership, I mentioned to the service adviser how sluggish it was at times and he recommended that I get a Pedal Commander. Within a few days of ordering the product arrived and i was excited to start the installation which was easy and only took a few minutes. I do recommend that you disconnect the negative terminal of the battery prior to doing any work and use a pair of electrical disconnect pliers to help remove the pigtail from the gas pedal. I settled on the City mode + 2. If you want to wake up your ride I highly recommend the Pedal Commander!

Took the lag completely out of my 2024 Toyota 4Runner. Much better throttle response. Wakes the truck up nicely, without breaking the bank. I’ve used this on my 2015 Tacoma and it worked wonders. To all those who say dumb shit like “it doesn’t make the truck faster” or “just press the throttle down more” you have no idea how this actually works. It speeds up the throttle blade opening by showing it more voltage. It’s actually crisper than just holding down the throttle. I have something similar on my C8 corvette.

Seems to be working well. MPH has increased by 2 in city mode. One complaint and I keep seeing it is the Velcro. It is very cheap Velcro. If they plan to sell to people who use it in hot areas of the country supply extremely Velcro. May cost them .50 more but for a $300 unit that’s a small price. Contacted customer service and they keep saying buy more Velcro from us. If the supplied ones failed in a few hours why buy the and again!!!

Pedal Commander for Toyota four Runner easy installation less than 10 minutes. Throttle response is incredible. You don’t really know the difference until you get one of these things instant with four different modes, Eco city sport and sport plus there are several options for your offloading experience may it be rock, crawling, or fire roads. I am 71 and apparently didn't have the finger strength to depress the locking clip on the accelorator plug enough to release the plug. I even bought some electrical plug plyers but you can't get them into position to use them so don't waste your money on those. I had a friend who is about 20 years younger come by and disconnect the plug for me. After that, installation was a snap. I have found that you can change the settings while driving if you wait to fo it while you are stopped and your foot isn't on the accelorator. The change is instantanious. Before the Pedal Commander was installed, I was getting about 16 MPG on my 2019 4Runner. I have found that I like City +3 best for my driving style but my MPG went down to about 14. I bumped the setting back to City +2 and I am back to about 16 MPG. Your driving style will effect this more than anything. With the inproved response on the throttle you will have to retrain your foot so you aren't goosing it every time you want to go. In short time, you will get used to that and everything will smooth out again. I highly recommend the Pedal Commander and what it can do to your ride.

Ok, I love this thing...I came from driving a Ford Explorer Sport with the twin turbo v6, and knew that the 4Runner would definitely not be in the same ballpark for performance. Now that I have the Pedal Commander, I really enjoy driving the 4Runner again...it's actually quite punchy on the low side, but the stock drive by wire program is watered down (most likely for fuel mileage). I run the Sport (not Sport +) with a plus 2 on the controller and love it. Feels more like a drive by cable rig now that actually responds when you give it some gas!
